Tone dojo
Two drills, in that order: ear first, then mouth.
Why this works
The ear drill plays a word and you say which one it was. Perception has to lead production, because training your mouth first fixes wrong tones in place and those are very hard to undo.
Once the contrast is audible, the mouth drill records you and draws your pitch over the reference, which is the only way to find out whether the tone you think you are making is the one leaving your mouth.
Hear the difference
You will hear one word. Pick which of the meanings it was. Nothing is written down until you have answered: the spelling would tell you the tone.

Say this word
ขาวkʰǎːwrising· whiteYour ear has no answers on falling / low / rising yet. A few minutes on the Ear tab first makes this drill worth more.
Listen, count two in silence, then record.
